Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service Limited is seeking an Independent Giving Executive to lead campaigns across direct mail, digital and other fundraising channels. You will plan, deliver, and evaluate campaigns to attract, retain and inspire supporters, using data and insight to maximise income and improve the supporter journey.

Hybrid role in Rugby with core hours 10:00am – 15:00pm, 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work with a passionate team, manage external suppliers, and ensure campaigns are on time, on

Qualifications

• Proven direct marketing campaign management experience or two years' fundraising experience.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers, agencies or service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including copywriting and briefing.
• Experience budgeting and tracking expenditure within financial parameters.
• Ability to analyse data and campaign performance to inform planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate supporter acquisition, retention and development campaigns across direct mail, digital and other channels.
• Project manage campaigns from concept to completion within time and budget.
• Coordinate activity between fundraising, marketing, communications, data and external partners.
• Maintain campaign plans, schedules and logs with key milestones and deadlines.
• Brief, coordinate and manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure value and service levels.
• Monitor income and expenditure, track costs against budgets, highlight variances.
