Job summary

East Anglian Air Ambulance is seeking a Head of Stewardship and Supporter-led Fundraising to lead the development of the stewardship function and future-proof giving strategy. The role is hybrid, based in Norwich or Cambridge, with a salary of £52,890 per annum and a focus on growing income across multiple fundraising streams.

You will build and mentor a team of fundraisers, stewardship specialists and engagement experts, driving exceptional supporter experiences and strategic fundraising

Qualifications

Significant experience in developing successful fundraising strategies.
Experience leading fundraising departments and teams.
Using data/insights to inform plans and activity.
Experience with marketing techniques in fundraising.

Responsibilities

Build a brand-new engagement, stewardship, retention and development function across the fundraising directorate.
Lead on strategic direction of income streams including community fundraising, events, individual giving, prize led fundraising, in memory fundraising, gifts in wills.
Develop and lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional stewardship activity and targeted marketing campaigns.
Plan and implement new product, activity and events testing from development through to implementation.
Stewardship journey mapping, development, implementation and monitoring for all income streams in remit.
