Job summary

Pancreatic Cancer UK is seeking a Supporter Care Officer to ensure every supporter feels valued and connected to our life‑saving mission. You will be the first point of contact, handling donations and data with care and precision while delivering outstanding service.

Reporting to the Senior Supporter Care Manager, you’ll work in a hybrid London setting, bring strong supporter care and data processing experience, and use CRM tools to maintain accurate records, uphold Gift Aid, and protect data

Qualifications

• Experience in supporter care and income processing in charity settings.
• Proficient in CRM data handling, Gift Aid, and data protection.
• Excellent communication, proactive and collaborative.
