Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a Charity Fundraising Officer – Donor Communications to support donor relationships and fundraising initiatives within charitable causes. The role focuses on creating engaging communications, coordinating donor outreach, and delivering compelling narratives that demonstrate impact.

Strong writers with relationship-building skills and an interest in charitable work are encouraged to apply, including entry-level candidates with transferable skills.

Qualificações

• A bachelors degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive storytelling ability.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and donor storytelling abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with donors, colleagues, and partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors, sponsors, community groups, and partners.
• Create donor communications across emails, newsletters, letters, and online channels.
• Prepare personalized donor messages to acknowledge contributions and encourage ongoing support.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement fundraising campaigns and donor engagement content.
• Monitor campaign responses and identify effective outreach approaches.
• Prepare donor reports and maintain donor databases/CRM records.
• Collaborate with marketing/communications teams to reflect branding guidelines.
