SER Limited in Doncaster is seeking a skilled Field Service Plant Engineer to join the team. This fully remote role covers Doncaster and surrounding areas, performing maintenance and repairs on plant machinery such as diggers, dumpers, rollers and excavators.

You will travel to customer sites, maintain safety standards, keep service records, and collaborate with colleagues. A valid UK driving license, NVQ preferred, and strong diagnostic skills are important, with a competitive benefits package

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with plant machinery, including diggers, dumpers, rollers, and excavators.
• NVQ qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of plant machinery.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Plant Engineer to join our team. This fully remote role involves covering Doncaster and the surrounding areas, providing expert maintenance and repair services on a variety of plant machinery, including diggers, dumpers, rollers, excavators, and more. • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of plant machinery.
• Travel to customer sites across Doncaster and surrounding areas to provide on-site support.

Day-to-Day

• Travel to customer sites to perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on plant equipment.
• Use provided tools and resources, including a company van and fuel card, to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
• Record all work completed and liaise with the office team as required.
