Wakefield Hospice is seeking a Donation Centre Manager in Wakefield to lead the centre's operations, drive income from donated goods and coordinate stock across shops and online channels.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of staff and volunteers, ensuring efficient processing, transport and regulatory compliance, while upholding the charity's Caring, Professional, Aspirational and Inclusive values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading donation centres or similar retail operations.
• Proven ability to manage stock flow across channels.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple priorities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Donation Centre team and volunteers.
