Job summary

Domino’s Shift Manager role in Southampton is a fast-paced, people-facing leadership position. You’ll supervise busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure service, quality and happiness remain top priorities for every customer interaction.

You’ll oversee operations, manage rotas, coach staff, and uphold store standards, health and safety, and brand guidelines, while driving sales and meeting targets in a lively Domino’s store.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
