Domino's Pizza Group plc in Shoeburyness is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure service, quality, and teamwork stay at the top. You will oversee store operations, maintain standards, and support local promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand standards and safety policies.
• Drive sales and meet performance targets with your Store Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality

• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
