Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc in Lewes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate a team, and ensure top service and quality. You will manage rotas, monitor speed and accuracy, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Evenings and weekends are required; full-time or part-time roles available with competitive pay and staff

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal).
• Strong customer service orientation and team leadership.
• Ability to stay organized and communicate clearly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient store running.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right people on shift.
• Coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Resolve in-store issues professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
