Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc in Christchurch is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate the team, and ensure fast, friendly service across every order.

You will oversee day-to-day store operations, monitor quality, speed, and accuracy, manage rotas, train colleagues, and uphold brand standards, health and safety policies while driving customer satisfaction and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Strong customer service passion and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for evenings and weekends (required).

• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.

Your responsibilities

What you’ll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
