Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc in Seaford is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate staff, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will manage rotas, uphold quality standards, handle customer concerns, and work with the Store Manager to hit targets. Weekend and evening availability is required; full-time or part-time roles available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety.

• Handle customer issues professionally and resolve complaints.
• Support Store Manager with sales and target delivery.
• Ensure brand, health, safety, and security policies are followed.
• Contribute to local promotions and marketing initiatives.

We're looking for energetic, organised leaders to manage shifts in our fast-paced Domino's store — ensuring service, quality, and teamwork are always on top.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions

What you’ll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
