Domino's Pizza Group plc is seeking a confident Shift Manager to lead busy shifts in a fast-paced Domino's store in Leeds. You will motivate your team, ensure great service and product quality, and manage day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, a passion for customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions
