Domino's Pizza Group plc in Grays is seeking a capable Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, motivate staff and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding quality and store standards.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage rotas, monitor order accuracy and food safety, and coach team members to deliver excellent customer experiences. Weekend availability is required; part-time or full-time arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
