Job summary

Domino's Pizza Group plc in the UK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy store shifts, motivate the team, and ensure fast service, great quality, and a friendly customer experience. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage rotas, coach team members, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and drive sales to meet targets while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• A genuine passion for customer service and leading a team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Support and coach team members to develop their skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure all deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve any in-store issues professionally.
• Work with your Store Manager to drive sales and meet performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.
