Job summary

Domino's Shift Manager role in our busy store places you at the heart of the team. You will lead shifts, motivate staff, and ensure fast, friendly service with quality pizzas every time.

You will work evenings and weekends, manage rotas, uphold food safety standards, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. We offer training, career progression, staff discounts, and a strong team environment across the Domino's network.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or food service.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required).
• Lead and motivate your team during shifts to deliver excellent service and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to have the right staff at the right times.
• Coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand standards and food safety guidelines.
• Handle customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with Domino's brand standards, health & safety and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)

What you'll need

• Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, retail, or food service ideal)
