Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Manage rotas and shift planning to ensure right staffing.
• Coach team members to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain store standards, hygiene and safety.
• Ensure deliveries and food storage meet brand and food safety standards.
• Manage customer satisfaction and resolve in-store issues professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive sales and meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and security policies.
• Support local marketing initiatives and store promotions.

Your responsibilities

• Availability for evenings and every weekend (required)
