Job summary

Destinydot.com is hiring a Domiciliary Care Worker to provide person-centred homecare. You will support service users in their own homes with personal care, meals, and daily activities, under supervision. A full training program is provided and there is immediate start.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check; flexible hours and full-time commitment are available.

Qualifications

• Strong caring nature and commitment to person-centred care.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently and in a team.
• Valid UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming).
• Aid with meals and nutrition planning.
• Administer medicines per care plans and training.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light domestic duties and household management.
• Follow care plans and properly document notes.
• Collaborate with families, health professionals and supervisor.
