Destinydot.com is seeking a Care Worker in Aberystwyth to deliver domiciliary care in clients’ homes. This full-time role offers visa sponsorship, flexible hours, and comprehensive training, supporting independence and wellbeing for service users.

You will travel between residences, provide compassionate personal care, and maintain accurate care records. A driver is preferred, and you’ll join a supportive team with ongoing development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support mobility using approved techniques and equipment.
• Assist with meals and fluid intake.
• Supervise and record medication protocols.
• Keep living spaces clean and secure.
• Record visits in the Electronic Call Monitoring system.
