Qualifications

• DBS clearance required.
• No prior experience required – full training provided.
• Candidates must have a full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle access.
• Must be flexible to cover different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have the legal right to work; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with personal care and promote client independence.
• Daily Living Support: Support with meals, mobility, and household tasks as outlined in the care plan.
• Medication Support: Administer or support medication and maintain records.
• Emotional & Social Support: Offer companionship and encourage social engagement.
• Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain care records and report health changes promptly.
• Professional Conduct: Attend mandatory training and participate in professional development.
