Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring Care Professionals to provide personalised support in clients' homes across Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. We offer full-time and part-time positions, with availability across weekdays, evenings and alternate weekends to fit your schedule.

You will be matched to clients based on interests and personality, with one-hour minimum visits and NVQ progression opportunities. Driving licence is preferred to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Ideally candidates with at least 3 months professional care experience
• A full driving licence is preferred to meet clients' needs
• Availability across weekdays, evenings, and alternate weekends

This role requires availability across weekdays, evenings, and alternate weekends, offering you flexibility as well as variety.

Your role may include:

• Taking clients out and about in the community


• Assisting with medication


• Supporting with personal care and mobility


• Meal preparation and light household tasks


• Or simply offering a friendly ear and great conversation
