Job description

Job Title: Female Domiciliary Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Domiciliary Care Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in Worcester Park.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks.
2. Supporting clients with mobility and transfers.
3. Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring clients receive proper nutrition.
4. Administering or reminding clients about medication as per care plans.
5. Offering companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive relationship with clients.
6. Undertaking household duties including cleaning and laundry, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
7. Assisting clients with shopping, attending appointments, and running errands.
8. Accurately maintaining records and reports on care provided.
9. Working collaboratively with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Must be female (as per client's care needs).
• Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
• A caring, compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in domiciliary care.
• Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process today.
• Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS if you do not currently hold one.

Pay:

£12 per hour for weekdays and £13 per hour for weekends.
