Job description

Right at Home Colchester & District is a care provider that offers personalized services to clients in various locations, including Colchester, Mersea Island, Tiptree, West Bergholt and more. The team focuses on providing companionship, personal care, transportation, and meal preparation for adult clients with a particular emphasis on encouraging independence and helping our clients and families to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Role Description

This is a full or part time remote role for a Domiciliary Care Worker at Right at Home Colchester & District. You choose your availability and we try to guarantee the hours you need. The Domiciliary Care Worker will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role involves supporting clients to achieve their desired outcomes, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life. Full training will be offered and continuous CPD is encouraged. Experience in care is desirable but not necessary.
