Melody Care is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients at home across Hampshire and Surrey. You’ll help with daily tasks, provide companionship, and assist with medications while promoting independence and dignity.

Full training is provided, no prior care experience required, and guaranteed hours are offered to fit your schedule. We offer competitive pay linked to the Living Wage Foundation, 28 days holiday, mileage allowance, and a supportive team culture.

Areas We Cover

You will work from the branch closest to you, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

Contracts & Hours

10 hours
16 hours
25 hours
35 hours per week

Typical available hours:

Morning: 7am – 2pm
Evening: 4pm – 11pm

Applicants for guaranteed hours will need to commit to at least:

Some availability on alternate weekends
Full driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Domiciliary Care Worker you will support clients with day-to-day living while helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties may include:

Medication assistance
Meal preparation
Shopping and errands
Companionship and emotional support
Light household duties
Accompanying clients to appointments

You will work closely with our friendly office and care management teams, who are always on hand to support you.
