Job summary

Melody Care is seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to support clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey. You will provide personal care, meal prep, and companionship while building trusting relationships with families and clients.

No prior care experience is required, and full training is provided. The role offers guaranteed contracted hours, competitive pay linked to the Living Wage Foundation, and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Home Care Worker

As a respected and award-winning care provider, we are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to become part of our friendly and supportive team across Hampshire and Surrey.

Our local branches are based in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, and we will place you at the branch most convenient for your location, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed contracted hours – 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week
• Supportive management and ongoing training
• A rewarding role where every day makes a difference

Available Hours:

• Morning and lunchtime 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Afterrnoon and Evening: 4:00pm – 11:00pm

To be considered, applicants must be able to work at least one evening per week and some hours alternate weekends.

Please note:

• Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
