Job summary

Walfinch Suffolk Coastal is hiring Community Support Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care across the Halesworth Division, travelling between client homes in Halesworth, Southwold, Reydon and surrounding villages.

You will assist with personal care, medication management, and mobility support, and offer emotional support and companionship during transition periods. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, with paid learning and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is a plus, or willingness to work toward it.
