Job summary

Freedom Recruitment Capital is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in the Surrey area. You will be fully responsible for strategic and operational success, ensuring CQC compliance, safeguarding, and high-quality care delivery for adults, including live-in care.

The role demands strong leadership, financial oversight, and a track record of driving Outstanding service through robust governance and team development. A full UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager in domiciliary or complex care (2–3 years)
• Deep knowledge of CQC regulations
• Strong budgeting and KPI management experience
• Excellent leadership with performance focus
• Proficiency in digital care management systems
• Full UK Driving License

Responsibilities

• Ensure CQC compliance and inspection readiness
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and payroll accuracy
• Lead and develop office and field teams
• Implement induction and Train the Trainer programs
• Manage safeguarding and care planning
• Oversee the on-call rota and emergency cover
• Drive service improvement through audits and feedback loops
