Qualifications

• Experience within domiciliary care in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding practices.
• Motivated to progress into a Registered Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee care delivery, rotas, staff supervision, and documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
• Make on-call commitments as required.

Skills

Experience in domiciliary care

Understanding of CQC regulations

Education
