Job summary

Bluebird Care Doncaster is seeking a Care Co-ordinator / Field Supervisor to support the Registered Manager in delivering safe, compliant domiciliary care across Doncaster. You will lead on staff supervision, rota management and quality of care, while ensuring services meet CQC and local authority requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, professionalism and continuous improvement within a values-led culture; part-time or full-time with a hybrid office/home setup.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in domiciliary care (Care Coordinator, Supervisor, or similar role).
• Strong experience in rota management and staff supervision.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service.
• Manage enquiries, assessments and service start-ups.
• Monitor care delivery via spot checks, audits and feedback.
• Plan, manage and maintain care rotas with safe staffing levels.
• Supervise and develop staff; conduct appraisals and training.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and record-keeping.
