Job summary

Bluebird Care Cheshire East is seeking a field care supervisor to support the registered and deputy manager, supervise care staff, and ensure a safe, high-quality, person-centred care service across a designated caseload.

You will lead a compassionate, professional team with ongoing training, development, and a supportive leadership environment. DBS checks and a valid UK driving licence with insurance are expected to meet role requirements.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and professional demeanor and strong boundaries for person-centred care.
• Knowledge of home care needs, care planning, confidentiality, safeguarding, and health & safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork with customers, families, and professionals.
• Able to plan, write clear care plans and risk assessments, and work independently.
• Leadership in supporting care assistants and documenting accurately.
• Willingness to work flexibly and meet role requirements including enhanced DBS and UK driving licence.
