Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team in Stafford, Staffordshire. You will manage a caseload of children, young people and adults, delivering compassionate care in clients' homes and supporting daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Skilled in assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while preserving dignity and privacy.
• Experienced in administering medication safely and following care plans.
• Trained in the safe use of hoists, mobility aids, and transferring techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to Clients with diverse needs in their own homes.
• Assist with toileting, continence management and personal hygiene.
• Help Clients get up in the morning and prepare for the night.
• Support medication at the agreed level and per care plan.
• Maintain detailed records concerning care and medication support.
• Prepare food and drink according to preferences and dietary needs.
• Perform light household duties as directed by the care plan and management.
• Observe health and safety rules and raise concerns to supervisor.
