Job summary

Verity Healthcare Limited is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team in Hertford, Hertfordshire. You will manage a caseload of children, young people and adults, delivering personal care and support in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care and support in clients’ homes.
• Ability to assist with medication per care plan and monitoring.
• Proficiency with care logs or digital systems and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to Clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with toileting, hygiene, and daily routines.
• Support morning wake up and evening routines.
• Administer medications as detailed in care plans.
• Maintain accurate care and medication records.
• Prepare meals respecting likes, dislikes and nutritional needs.
• Perform light household duties as per care plans.
• Observe health and safety rules and raise concerns to supervisor.
• Perform other duties within scope as required by management.
