Job summary

ANSA CARE LTD is seeking a Female Domiciliary Carer to join our growing team. The role focuses on providing compassionate, person‑centred care to female service users in their own homes, ensuring privacy and dignity are upheld.

No visa sponsorship is available. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel between client visits. Flexible hours include part‑time or full‑time shifts between 7am and 8pm.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Compassion, commitment and willingness to learn.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Assisting with shopping, errands, and promoting independence
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver high‑quality support
