Shift Pattern:

• 2x 24 hours
• 6/12 hour shifts including every other weekend

Shift Times:

• 7am - 1pm or 1pm - 7pm (6hrs shift)
• 7am - 7pm (12 hr shift)
• Nightshift from 7pm until 7am with a 10% enhancement

We are looking for Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our team at Richmond Village Add Village Location. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to residents living in onsite serviced apartments. All residents are in one location, so no travel is required.

What the role entails:

Responsibilities vary daily, adapting to residents’ needs. Typical duties include:

• Assisting residents with personal care
• Supporting during mealtimes where appropriate
• Promoting mental and physical activity through hobbies and interests
• Responding to emergency calls via the care alert system
• Collaborating with the Care Manager and external professionals such as GPs, Chiropodists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists

Key Skills / Qualifications:

Experience in care or dementia settings is preferred. A Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
