Job summary

Your Care Jobs Ltd in Dorking, Surrey, is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to provide compassionate, person-centred care in clients’ homes. You will help with daily living activities, mobility and meals while promoting independence and dignity.

You will build trusting relationships, follow care plans and stay alert to health changes. The role requires caring, reliable individuals with good communication, teamwork and willingness to train.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting.
• Strong passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate care and support within service users’ own homes.

Pay: £15.11 – £16.61 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week

The Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

You will build trusting relationships with the people you support and provide practical assistance with their day-to-day needs, while encouraging independence wherever possible.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
