Job summary

Good Energy Group is seeking a Domestic Solar Sales Consultant to join our Midlands team. You will conduct in-home consultations, propose bespoke solar solutions, and drive renewables adoption across UK households.

Based in the Midlands with travel across the UK, you will build a pipeline, convert leads, and meet sales targets while delivering outstanding service and expert advice on solar technology and battery storage.

Qualifications

Sales experience in face-to-face environments, ideally home energy or renewables.
Consultative selling to tailor solar solutions for homeowners.
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
Clear, warm communication in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess solar suitability and propose tailored plans.
Convert inbound enquiries into installations with expert guidance.
Grow pipeline through referrals and local networking.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Address questions on solar tech, finance, and installation.
Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up.
Coordinate with operations for a smooth post-sale journey.
Stay updated on domestic solar and battery tech.
Represent Good Energy at events and community activities.
