As Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards and luxury environment that define Acomb Manor.
You’ll help ensure every bedroom, lounge, corridor and communal area reflects the warmth, attention to detail and pride that our residents deserve.
Working closely with the wider team, you'll help create an environment where people genuinely enjoy spending time and feel truly at home.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring all areas are welcoming, comfortable and beautifully presented.
Ensure bedrooms, lounges, bathrooms and communal areas remain spotless, organised and inviting.
Recognise that a clean, comfortable environment contributes significantly to residents' happiness, safety and quality of life.
Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures to ensure consistently high standards throughout the home.
Manage cleaning supplies, report maintenance concerns and help ensure all housekeeping equipment is safe and well maintained.
Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and visitors while contributing to a caring and supportive culture.
Support the home's Health & Safety, COSHH and infection prevention procedures to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
