Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Heating Engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems for our customers. You will work across regional properties, ensuring safe, efficient operation and high customer care.

Key responsibilities include completing work updates, adhering to H&S guidelines, and managing stock parts for jobs. Role involves an 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rota and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications are essential: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic heating and hot water systems across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Complete updates and progress paperwork electronically and manually.
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements including risk assessments and COSHH records.
