Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a qualified electrician to work on domestic heating and hot water systems across properties in the East of England and Midlands. The role focuses on EICR inspections, periodic testing, and wiring installations while maintaining excellent customer care and adherence to safety standards.

You will share daily updates, complete paperwork, and follow health and safety procedures. Normal hours are Monday to Friday, with company support for professional qualifications and benefits

Qualifications

• Qualified electrical engineer with experience of domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Experience performing EICR inspections on domestic properties.
• Good communication and customer service when dealing with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs after assessing electrical installations in properties.
• Perform periodic testing and wiring installation of heating systems on various properties.
• Maintain high levels of customer care and meet quality standards.
• Update and complete required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements, COSHH, and risk assessments daily.
• Assist with stock ordering to ensure parts are available.
