Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a qualified electrician with experience in domestic heating and hot water systems. You will attend properties, perform testing and remedial works, including EICR assessments and installations, while maintaining high customer service standards.

Role involves working across various properties with Monday to Friday 8am–5pm schedules. Company vehicle, benefits, and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with experience of domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Experience with EICR testing and remedial work in domestic properties.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out EICRs after assessing electrical installations in properties.
• Periodic testing and wiring installation of heating systems in domestic and commercial properties.
• Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Communicate updates and progress of work and complete paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and COSHH records.
