4. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring all work is completed to satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in high-end residential plumbing maintenance and installations, with a focus on quality workmanship.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools related to plumbing systems.
• Clean UK Driver's Licence.
