Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer to join a well-established plumbing, heating and renewable energy business with 20+ years of experience. You will work across private and residential homes in the Oxfordshire region, delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time with a company van and pension, Monday to Friday; no call-out rota. Applicants must be Gas Safe registered with ACS CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 and hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Qualified domestic gas engineer with proven experience within domestic settings.
• Gas Safe Registered with ACS Domestic certificates such as CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be within commuting distance of Oxford.

Responsibilities

• Carry out boiler servicing, repairs, breakdowns and maintenance.
• Complete landlord gas safety inspections (CP12s).
• There is an option to undertake boiler installations depending on strengths.

Domestic Gas Safe Engineer

Location: - Oxfordshire

Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a Domestic Gas Engineer to join one of our clients, who are a well-established plumbing, heating and renewable energy business with over 20 years' experience.

The position is full-time fully employed and will involve working throughout private and residential homes throughout the Oxfordshire region, delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary and Package

• £40,000-£50,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience)
• Company Van, Fuel etc.
• Monday to Friday as standard
• No call out rota
• Pension scheme

The Position

Working as a Gas / Heating Engineer you'll be responsible for boiler repairs, servicing, breakdowns and maintenance work. Completing landlord gas safety inspections (CP12s).

There is also option to do boiler installations if desired, however not essential and will depend on where your strengths lie.

Opportunity for training if desired and into air source heat pumps, renewable energy systems etc.

What We're Looking For

• Proven background and experience as a qualified domestic gas engineer
• Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Must be living commutable to the Oxford area
