Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems on social housing projects in Manchester and the surrounding areas. You will work on breakdowns, services and safety checks.

You will diagnose faults, perform planned maintenance, ensure efficient operation, and deliver a high standard of workmanship and customer service to tenants and clients on every visit.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving license.
• Experience in a domestic gas maintenance role.
• Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and repairs works on domestic properties.
• Ensure a good standard of customer service towards both the tenants and clients.
