Job summary

Projects Electrical Services Ltd is a family-run electrical contractor based in Newport, specialising in domestic electrical installations, EICRs, fault finding, consumer unit upgrades, EV charger installations, and full or partial rewires.

The role will primarily involve EV charger installations and general domestic electrical work, with a self-employed subcontract arrangement. Initially 2–3 days per week, with potential for more as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with domestic installation experience.
• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• ECS Card (preferred).
• 2391 or equivalent Inspection & Qualification (preferred).
• Basic DBS check required, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing work.
• Own tools and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Public Liability Insurance.

Responsibilities
