Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Domestic installations: wiring, consumer units, lighting, sockets, EV charging points.
• Diagnostics & repairs: troubleshoot and fix household electrical faults.
• Rewires & upgrades: perform full/partial rewires in occupied/unoccupied properties.
• Testing & inspection: perform EICRs and issue certificates.
• Customer care: provide clear advice and keep work areas tidy.

What You Will Do

• Domestic Installations: Install internal and external wiring, new consumer units (fuse boxes), lighting, sockets, and modern additions like EV charging points.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Troubleshoot and resolve household electrical faults, from tripping breakers to complete circuit failures.
• Rewires & Upgrades: Carry out efficient full and partial house rewires in occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Testing & Inspection: Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and issue landlord/safety certificates.
• Customer Care: Represent our brand by offering clear advice to homeowners, treating their properties with respect, and leaving work areas clean and tidy.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and a valid 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) certificate.
• Experience: Proven experience working independently in domestic properties with strong single-phase fault-finding skills.
• Compliance: Up-to-date knowledge of Part P building regulations.
• Driver's Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
• Traits: Punctual, polite, and comfortable talking directly with customers
