Job summary

Example Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Domestic Electrician to perform emergency electrical repairs across West Yorkshire and the Pennines. The role includes carrying out faults diagnosis, remedial work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The package includes a company van, optional overtime, and a 40-hour week. DBS check will be completed on onboarding, and 18th Edition qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications including 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience carrying out electrical repairs in domestic properties.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
• DBS check will be completed during onboarding.
• Desirable: 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out emergency electrical repairs within domestic properties.
• Diagnose and rectify a wide range of electrical faults.
• Complete electrical remedial works safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Travel between properties across West Yorkshire and the Pennines.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
