Emco Talent is seeking an experienced Electrician for housing repairs across domestic properties. The role covers repairs, remedial works and insurance-related tasks in occupied and void homes.

A company van and fuel card are provided for business use, with overtime paid after 37 hours. Typical duties include fault finding, rewires where needed, installation of outlets and lighting, and ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Electricians with domestic housing experience.
• Ability to work independently and with tenants.
• High workmanship standards and compliance with electrical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Electrical repairs and maintenance within domestic properties.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Remedial electrical works and rewires where required.
• Installation and replacement of sockets, switches and lighting.
• Testing and inspection of electrical installations.
