Job description

Overview

Looking for a Domestic Electrician to join a leading property services contractor based in Eastleigh. Working on a reactive and planned maintenance contract you will be responsible for providing first‑class service repairs on a variety of properties in the area. Delivering great customer service and working within regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

You will undertake a variety of repairs, testing and renewal works on domestic properties, aiming to achieve first‑time fix. Deliver small projects and remedial works to a high standard – e.g., switches, sockets, fixtures and fittings, testing works, fault finding and installation works. Ensure maintenance work is undertaken safely and in accordance with all technical standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th edition BS (Apply online only) / 2394/2395 testing and inspection qualification
