We’re looking to speak to experienced Domestic Electricians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

Qualifications

• Experience as Domestic/Maintenance Electrician in residential properties.
• Basic electrical qualifications or relevant experience.
• Driving licence required.
• Customer service skills and willingness to multi-trade work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive electrical repairs and general property maintenance.
• Fault finding and minor electrical repairs in occupied homes.
• Replace sockets, switches and light fittings.
• Deliver first-time fixes across maintenance tasks.
• Support basic repairs in other trades when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Use mobile tech to manage jobs and complete reports.
• Ensure work is safe, efficient, high quality.

We’re looking to speak to experienced Domestic Electricians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London. Role Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive electrical repairs and general property maintenance
• Fault finding and completing minor electrical repairs within occupied homes
• Replacing sockets, switches, light fittings and other electrical components
• Delivering first-time fixes across a range of maintenance tasks
• Supporting with basic repairs in other trade disciplines where required
• Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service
• Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Domestic Electrician, Maintenance Electrician or Multi-Skilled Operative with an electrical bias
• Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within residential properties
• Basic electrical qualifications or relevant electrical experience
• Skills in other trades such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, or general maintenance would be advantageous
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• This is a full-time, permanent role paying around £45,000.
