Job summary

Catch 22 are recruiting skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London. Multiple roles are available across several locations, offering long-term security with a busy and growing business.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade, multi-trade maintenance experience, strong customer service skills and a full UK driving

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar).
• Multi-trade maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance.
• Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines.
• Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service.

We're looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.

Ideal Candidate
