Job summary

Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established company servicing social housing in the Essex and East London area. The role is on-site with typical hours from 08:00 to 15:30, paying £22 per hour as CIS/self-employed, with a permanent PAYE salary of £45,000.

You will perform electrical maintenance across properties, from full rewires to reactive repairs, void works and kitchen installations.

Qualifications

• You must be time-served / qualified Electrician.
• Previous domestic or social housing maintenance experience preferred.
• Testing & Inspection qualification desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical maintenance within social housing properties, ranging from full rewires through to reactive repairs, void works, kitchen works and general day-to-day electrical maintenance.
• Start ASAP and work on-site across Essex and East London with occasional North London work.
• Company van and fuel card provided.
